What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Return or Refund is not acceptable in case of wrongly size purchased.
Product will be carefully inspected prior shipping. We will not ship seconds or faulty items.
Refund is acceptable in some cases within 7days upon item arrival and must be return as in original condition.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Refund is granted in full if package was damaged by carrier.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipment will be made within 1-2 business days after payment is completed. When making payment, please remember to confirm to us your shipping address.
All items will be shipped as Registered Airmail by Thailand Postal Service. You will receive 13 digits tracking number which can be tracked in Postal Service Website in various countries.
Normally shipment time is about 7 - 14 days. From Thailand to USA or CANADA. In some cases, it may be delayed up to 30 days due to custom ceremony.
I would be happy to know from buyer once they receive the post pack and everything is allright. If a buyer has any questions about the shipping, please let me know.
